How to deal with anxiety 😬?


Hello guys..i am again here with a new blog on anxiety.. basically my blog on human ecology deals with a perfect package of a particular human socially, emotionally and of course physically. leaving my intro aside, let's do for what you actually visited here.

the word anxiety it is quite familiar with all of us we all had a situation of anxiety in a life or some people have it frequently. And this emotion is can't be explained in words because it's something that is beyond our normal thinking.but this condition may be very serious if the anxiety is frequent.let's see what are the cause of anxiety.. mainly it's due to social causes..

What causes anxiety?

1. hypertension.
The most frequent is tension .we all have tension in our daily life but when this tension reach to a higher extent than it's goes on the path of anxiety. Over thinking is main cause of tension.
 
2.stress
Stress and tension are two different things . we generally mix them, tension is when your mind get's numb but in stress your mind and heart gets captured behind the bar's of

darkness.
Senseless
Thoughts
Repeated
Endlessly
Surrounding
Self
The above abbreviations justify stress to you .so it's better to "Know your self". My blog tells you how to Know your self.

3.life factors 

Life factors refer to the environment which you are surrounded with . mainly indicates to people around you ,you working styles, social expectations etc..if there is early traumatic event by people around you.observing sad people around you can add to your anxiety .

4.parenting style
The parenting is one of the main cause of our anxiety but how?? See when you are brought up in a insolated or tough parenting than ,you will see a minor mistake of your as big stuff and you began to over think i should do or not do ..what will others say..how parents will react. All this stuff makes you stuck at anxiety.so what is the best style of parenting?? The answer to this question is my next blog.

5.social condition's
Your social condition focuses on the economic factors such as 💰 money, your living standard adds up to create a traumatic event and makes to isolated leading to anxiety .
 

How to get Reed of anxiety?
Following are some ways by which you could manage you anxiety level,read them and try to apply them on yourself.

A main goal of meditation is to remove chaotic thoughts from your mind and replace them with a sense of calm and mindfulness of the present moment. Meditation is known for relieving stress and anxiety. Research from John Hopkins suggests 30 minutes of daily meditation may alleviate some anxiety symptoms and act as an antidepressant.

Low blood sugar levels, dehydration, or chemicals in processed foods such as artificial flavorings, artificial colorings, and preservatives may cause mood changes in some people. A high-sugar diet may also impact temperament. If your anxiety worsens after eating, check your eating habits. Stay hydrated, eliminate processed foods, and eat a healthy diet rich in complex carbohydrates, fruits and vegetables, and lean proteins. 

Shallow, fast breathing is common with anxiety. It may lead to a fast heart rate, dizziness or lightheadedness, or even a panic attack. Deep breathing exercises — the deliberate process of taking slow, even, deep breaths — can help restore normal breathing patterns and reduce anxiety.


If you’re feeling anxious, trying the above ideas may help calm you down. Remember, home remedies may help ease anxiety, but they don’t replace professional help. Increased anxiety may require therapy or prescription medication. Talk to your doctor about your concerns.

Caffeine is a stimulant found in coffee, tea, chocolate and energy drinks. High doses can increase anxiety .

People have different thresholds for how much caffeine they can tolerate.

If you notice that caffeine makes you jittery or anxious, consider cutting back.

Although many studies show that coffee can be healthy in moderation, it’s not for everyone. In general, five or fewer cups per day is considered a moderate amount.

One way to handle stress is to write things down.

While recording what you’re stressed about is one approach, another is jotting down what you’re grateful for.

Gratitude may help relieve stress and anxiety by focusing your thoughts on what’s positive in your life.

Social support from friends and family can help you get through stressful times.

Being part of a friend network gives you a sense of belonging and self-worth, which can help you in tough times.

One study found that for women in particular, spending time with friends and children helps release oxytocin, a natural stress reliever. This effect is called “tend and befriend,” and is the opposite of the fight-or-flight respons.

Keep in mind that both men and women benefit from friendship.

Another study found that men and women with the fewest social connections were more likely to suffer from depression and anxiety .

It’s hard to feel anxious when you’re laughing. It’s good for your health, and there are a few ways it may help relieve stress:

  • Relieving your stress response.
  • Relieving tension by relaxing your muscles.

In the long term, laughter can also help improve your immune system and mood.

A study among people with cancer found that people in the laughter intervention group experienced more stress relief than those who were simply distracted .

Try watching a funny TV show or hanging out with friends who make you laugh 😂
